Our Bis Sister/Little Sister Program pairs experienced athlethes with newer members to create strong bonds, build confidence, and provide guidance both on and off the mat.
Younger athlethes gain support and encouragment, while older atheltes develop leadership, reponsibilty, and communication skills.
